Zoe started yoga to improve her running performance. It soon became her passion as she saw the benefits it reaped in all aspects of her life. Zoe completed teacher training with Yoga Alliance in Goa to further her own knowledge of yoga and to share this with others. Zoe teaches a dynamic vinyasa class. Her focus is on movement and breath as a vehicle to calm the mind and improve range of motion and flexibility and build physical and mental strength.
