Sian Lile-Pastore

Sian loves all styles of yoga and she’s passionate about the benefits a regular yoga practice can bring! She lmix up her classes with vinyasa flows, longer held poses, poses for building strength and super-long relaxations, while making sure that the practice is accessible for everybody. Her I’m is that everyone leaves her classes feeling calm but energised with a little more space and flexibility. Sian is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher, following her 200 hour teacher training certificate with Bristol City Yoga and Yin Yoga training with Free Soul Yoga.
