Scarlett O’Connor

Scarlett’s main aim is to get you to pop your worries and stresses on pause for the duration of her class. Expect fierce flows, creative transitions and visualisations to gently coax you out of your comfort zone. After sustained a serious knee from a lifetime of pirouetting and high kicks, Scarlett started yoga as a way to reintroduce movement back to her body having put her dance career to bed. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course at the beginning of 2015 with Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India.
