Scarlett discovered yoga as a way to reintroduce movement back to her body having put her dance career to bed after a serious knee injury. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in 2015 with Sampoora Yoga in Goa, India. Expect fierce flows, creative transitions and visualization to help to bring you gently out of your comfort zone.
