Sara McGaughey

Sara’s love of movement has encouraged her to explore many styles of Yoga, dance and performance, fitness and Pilates and over  years of experience and training, she is qualified to teach and impart her knowledge to all ages and abilities. Her classes whether Pilates or Yoga will help you to work at your optimum level, and are often flowing in style. Whilst you might find great improvements in core stability and increased flexibility, Sara’s aim is for you to enjoy the journey,  leaving each class refreshed and relaxed. Sara is also a professional performer as well as a teacher, and is a fluent Welsh speaker.
