Krishna started to explore meditation and eastern philosophy over twenty years ago looking for answers to life’s important questions. He started a physical yoga practice 15 years ago, initially practising Iygengar but following an unrelated serious injury four years ago changed to a vinyasa style to allow more focus on breath work. He is a firm believer in allowing injury to teach us about our bodies and using yoga as an aid. Krishna is a Yoga Alliance trained and registered teacher in hot yoga and vinyasa yoga. His traditional style of yoga is sometimes quite strong but with an emphasis on good alignment in the poses. The classes may include breath-work, adjustments or meditation.
Each week there will be a new class focusing on a particular pose or theme. All classes offer something for everyone regardless of experience or ability.
