Kim comes from a dance background, starting ballet lessons at the age of three and continuing on to become a professional dancer for nearly ten years. Kim practiced yoga and other forms of fitness during this time and taught Barre for the reputable New York company, Physique 57, in Dubai. Many pregnant and postnatal women would take her classes and she gained a real interest in how fitness can have a positive effect on women during pregnancy. She went on to study her Level 3 Personal Training qualifications, specialising in Pre and Postnatal Exercise. Now Kim has returned to her Welsh roots. You will find her classes to be mindful yet full of energy and fun!
