Kalpana Tagore

Kalpana is a qualified yoga, pregnancy yoga and Qigong teacher and also teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga.

Kalpana loves to create flowing and static sequences and encourages her students to focus on feeling and listening to the body and using practice as a way of harmonising the spirit and unlocking creative potential.

After spending a total of six months in Daoist martial arts and meditation retreats, she has been greatly influenced by Daoist philosophies and Chinese five element theories and loves to share this knowledge and wisdom in her classes.

Kalpana has been teaching at Cardiff University for 10 years . She also teaches community classes around  Cardiff believing yoga should be accessible to people of all religions and background.
