Chrissie Monnelly

Chrissie completed her 200 hours yoga teacher training in 2018, after many years of practice, with the aim of deepening her own knowledge and understanding.  As an unintended side-effect, Chrissie discovered a love and passion for teaching.  Her style is challenging yet playful and in her classes Chrissie aims to create an encouraging and nurturing space, with an emphasis on mindful movement and body awareness.  Her classes offer variations and modifications to allow students to explore their bodies and build strength and flexibility, both on and off the mat.
