Cerys Lou

Cerys has practiced yoga since her early twenties and in more recent years developed her practice further by immersing herself in yoga retreats, traveling to destinations including India, Morocco and Sri Lanka. Inspired by this experience, Cerys undertook her Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher training with Laura Gilmore at Bristol City Yoga in 2016. She has since taught hatha yoga and particularly enjoys teaching beginners, helping them to access and benefit from yoga with her inclusive teaching style. Cerys brings her psychology training and experience to her yoga teaching, supporting students in her classes to develop a holistic appreciation of the connection between mind, body and breath that enhances their lives both on and off the yoga mat.
