Caroline is a British Wheel (Dip) yoga teacher and a sports and holistic massage therapist. As a lifelong lover of meditation, Caroline found yoga as a teenager while growing up in Northern Ireland. Caroline offers classes suitable for all levels of ability with a focus on moving with mindfulness. She draws from both modern and ancient forms of bodywork and enjoys working with a combination of slow flowing vinyasa, classical asanas and more passive and restorative postures to help stretch, strengthen and restore. Her classes are ideal for those looking to slow down and sink deeper into their practice.
