Spanish-born Brenda brings a relaxed and light-hearted attitude to her yoga teaching. She encourages you to learn to move, breathe and stretch and become familiar with your body, your strengths and your limitations. Her classes focus on both static and flowing sequences to create a reflective pause, allowing you to learn and embrace a nourishing and nurturing moving meditation. Brenda discovered yoga 7 years ago after a car accident which left her with spinal damage. It helped to heal her physically but through yoga she also notice a change in her perspective and developed a mindfulness and meditation practice. Brenda completed her ashtanga and vinyasa yoga teacher training Rishikesh, India as well as two post-grad courses in applied anatomy and healthy back care. Brenda is also a Reiki practitioner, meditation teacher and yoga trapeze teacher too.
