Pregnancy Yoga

Suitable for women who are 14 weeks and over

Delivered in a relaxed, calm and friendly environment, these nurturing antenatal classes are designed to help expectant mums to feel calm in body, mind and emotions. Each class includes yoga postures, breathing techniques for pregnancy and labour and deep relaxation exercises to calm the body, mind and emotions and to strengthen the bond between you and your baby. Practicing antenatal yoga throughout your pregnancy helps to keep you mobile and ease any pregnancy tension and ailments. It’s also a great way to meet other mums-to-be and share your experience of pregnancy together. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
